OUT REACH APPS

Terrace Empire 85

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 9 September 2026

The short version: your football career is saved on your device. Google Play handles purchases. Where adverts are available, Google AdMob processes advertising and device information. You choose whether to send us a support message or advert report.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Out Reach Products Limited operates Terrace Empire 85 under the Google Play developer name Out Reach Apps. We are the controller responsible for personal information we handle for the purposes described below.

This policy covers the Terrace Empire 85 Android app (package uk.terraceempire.app) and communications with its support team. Hosting this page on zaviusapp.com does not make Zavius and Terrace Empire the same app. The website privacy policy separately describes visits to this website.

The app is being prepared for release. Descriptions of purchases and advertising apply where those services are enabled and available; this policy is not an announcement that the game or all services are already live.

2. Your career, settings and backups

The game stores career progress, game settings and local purchase-delivery records on your device. These records let you continue playing, remember preferences and avoid delivering the same purchase twice. You do not create a separate Terrace Empire online account to play. The current app does not upload your career to a developer-operated game server.

You can copy or download a career backup and later restore it. Backups are not automatic cloud saves. If you put a backup in an email, cloud drive or another app, that service handles the copy under its own privacy rules. Choose a safe destination and do not share a backup publicly if it contains information you want to keep private.

The Android app is configured to exclude its private data from Android automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Keep your own career backup if you need to move devices.

3. Google Play purchases

Google Play processes payments using your Google account. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the game. The app receives purchase information such as the product identifier, purchase token and purchase status so it can grant purchases, restore eligible permanent purchases, resolve interrupted transactions and prevent duplicate delivery.

Purchase entitlements are stored separately from the career save. Deleting a career is not the same as deleting these records, cancelling a purchase or obtaining a refund. Google retains its own transaction records under its policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising and consent

Adverts are served through Google AdMob. No other advertising provider is active in the app, and we will update this policy before introducing one that changes the information handling described here. Google may fill adverts from its own advertising demand and from other advertising buyers and partners; where a consent message applies, the partners it lists are the ones that may process information under the purposes shown there.

Google’s advertising software can collect and share your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and advert interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available. Google uses these for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The data sent depends on your choices, device settings, region and the advertising features in use. Google states that its mobile advertising data is encrypted in transit.

We ask Google to show non-personalised adverts to every player. This is a setting we apply to every advert request through Google's advertising software: adverts are not selected using a profile of your interests built from your activity in this or other apps. It does not mean that no information is processed. Google's advertising software still collects the information described above, still uses identifiers for purposes such as frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated reporting, and advertising partners may still process information for the purposes shown in the consent message. It also does not replace the privacy choices described below.

We use Google’s User Messaging Platform to request privacy choices where required. The app checks whether adverts may be requested before loading them. Where Google makes it available, open Settings → ADVERT PRIVACY OPTIONS to review or change your choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Because we do not request personalised adverts, your consent choice does not switch personalisation on. Where a consent message applies, your choice governs whether Google and the listed partners may store or access information on your device and process it for the purposes shown. Declining does not necessarily mean that no information is processed or that no adverts appear: permitted non-personalised or limited adverts can still involve delivery, measurement and fraud-prevention processing. You do not have to give consent to play the career.

Google's advertising software can register its own handler for unexpected app crashes and report them to Google. We have switched that particular handler off in the app. This does not stop the other diagnostic information described above (for example app launch time, hang rate and energy use) from being collected by Google's advertising software, and it does not affect crash and error reporting performed by Android or Google Play under their own settings and policies.

Rewarded adverts are optional. If you choose one, the game uses the advertising service’s completion callback to determine whether to grant the in-game reward. Buying Remove Ads affects the covered advert placements; it is not a request to delete data or a guarantee that optional rewarded adverts involve no processing.

You can also manage or delete your advertising ID in supported Android privacy settings and review Google’s ad settings. Read how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google’s mobile advertising data disclosures. Advertising partners identified in a consent message may process information under the purposes and choices shown there.

5. Support and reporting an advert

If you contact us, we receive your email address, the name you supply, your message and any attachments you choose to send. A report created through REPORT AN ADVERT may include the placement, ad-unit identifier, format, supplying network, response identifier, time and app version when available, plus your description.

The report is not automatically emailed to us. You choose whether to copy, share or send it using another app. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. We use reports to respond, investigate problems, address unsafe adverts and protect the service. We may share relevant advert diagnostics with Google or the supplying advertising service to investigate the reported advert.

6. Why we use information

Where UK or European data-protection law applies, our legal bases depend on the activity:

  • Providing the service: processing necessary to deliver requested game and purchase functions and related support under our agreement with you.
  • Legitimate interests: responding to general enquiries, investigating defects and unsafe adverts, preventing fraud and protecting our services, subject to your rights.
  • Consent: access to or storage of information on your device and the advertising purposes shown in the consent message, where consent is required. We do not request personalised adverts (see section 4); advertising choices and relevant partner purposes are explained in the consent message.
  • Legal obligations: handling information we must retain or disclose to meet applicable law, including accounting obligations and valid legal requests.

Providing a support message is voluntary, but we may be unable to investigate without relevant details. Purchases require Google Play to process the information needed for the transaction. The game’s fictional simulation is not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

7. Who receives information and international processing

Recipients can include Google for billing, advertising and consent; advertising partners disclosed in the applicable consent message; our email and hosting service providers; and advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or protecting rights. Information you choose to share through another app is sent to the recipient you select.

Our service providers may process information outside your home country, including the United States. Where our processing involves a restricted international transfer, applicable safeguards are required, such as recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. Google describes its own adequacy arrangements, Data Privacy Framework participation and contractual safeguards in its international data-transfer information. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to information we handle.

8. How long information is kept and how to delete it

  • On-device information: career progress remains until replaced or deleted. You can delete a career in the game. To remove the app’s remaining local settings and purchase cache, clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall it. This can permanently lose progress that you have not backed up.
  • Exported backups: delete your own copies from the locations where you saved or shared them, including any cloud-service recycle bin where applicable. Removing the app does not remove those copies.
  • Support and advert reports: we retain correspondence for as long as needed to investigate and respond, handle follow-up or disputes, protect against abuse and meet legal obligations. The nature of the issue, whether it remains unresolved and any applicable legal retention requirement determine that period.
  • Google and other providers: their own retention rules and your account choices apply to information they hold. Clearing the game does not delete Google’s transaction or advertising records. Use their privacy controls or contact them to request deletion.

To request deletion of information held by our support team, email terraceempire@zaviusapp.com. Tell us the email address used and enough information to locate the correspondence; do not send identity documents unless we explain why a proportionate identity check is necessary. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase a career stored only on your device.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the legal basis, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, or receive a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including related profiling, and to processing for direct marketing. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it.

If you live in a US state whose privacy law gives you these rights, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them. Where Google makes an in-app privacy control available in your state, open Settings → ADVERT PRIVACY OPTIONS and choose the option not to sell or share your information; Google records that choice as an industry opt-out signal, applies it to its own advertising and makes it available to participating advertising partners, which apply it under their own practices. If the in-app control is not available to you, or for any other request, email terraceempire@zaviusapp.com; we may need to verify the request and will explain any lawful reason we cannot fully comply.

Contact terraceempire@zaviusapp.com to exercise your rights or ask a question. We may need to verify your identity and will explain any lawful reason we cannot fully comply. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority. Contacting us first does not remove that right.

10. Younger players

Terrace Empire 85 is designed for teenagers and adults, not directed at children under 13. A store content rating describes the content and is separate from this intended audience. It is not permission to collect personal information from a child.

If you are below the age at which you can make your own privacy choices where you live, involve your parent or guardian. If you believe a child has supplied us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not ask children to send us personal details to play.

11. Security and changes to this policy

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we handle, but no device, storage method or internet transmission is completely secure. Protect your device, account and exported backups, and limit what you include in reports.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where a change requires notice or a new consent choice, we will provide it through the appropriate app or consent flow.
