This website and the ZAVIUS brand are operated by OUT REACH PRODUCTS LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 13555456. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that could harm ZAVIUS or others.

Intellectual property

The ZAVIUS name, branding, website design, and original content are owned by or licensed to OUT REACH PRODUCTS LIMITED. No rights are granted except the limited right to access this website.

Third-party platforms and icons

Third-party platform names, logos and icons in ZAVIUS’s platform chooser identify the services for which users can prepare content. Screenshots or demonstrations of the chooser may also show these identifiers. They are used to identify platform choices, not as ZAVIUS’s own app icon or branding.

All such names, logos, icons and trademarks belong to their respective owners. ZAVIUS is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by those owners. Their appearance does not imply a partnership or official integration.

Selecting a platform does not connect your account or automatically publish content. You review, edit, copy and post content yourself, and remain responsible for following the destination platform’s terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how platform choices are used during generation.

This notice does not grant any licence or permission to use third-party intellectual property. Each platform’s applicable terms and brand guidelines remain relevant. Rights holders may contact contact@zaviusapp.com to raise a concern about an identifier; please identify the platform and the use concerned so we can review it.

Availability and liability

This website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw it without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OUT REACH PRODUCTS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law
