Who operates Name Spinner
OUT REACH PRODUCTS LIMITED operates the Name Spinner Android app and the free web tool at zaviusapp.com/name-spinner. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@zaviusapp.com.
Names, lists and history
The names you enter, saved lists, wheel settings, results and pick history are stored locally on your device or in your browser. Name Spinner does not require an account and does not send those names to our servers. You can remove names, lists and history within the tool, clear its local storage, or uninstall the app. Depending on your device settings, Android or browser backup services may include local app data.
Advertising in the Android app
The Android app uses Google AdMob to display banner ads and occasional full-screen ads between spins. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, approximate location and other technical information to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Ads are not shown in the web tool. The Android app requests advertising consent where required and provides an “Ad privacy choices” control when available. Your choice can affect which ads are shown. See Google’s advertising information and Google’s Privacy Policy for more detail.
Website and support
Our hosting provider may process basic connection information, such as IP address and pages requested, to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond and keep the correspondence as needed for support and business records. We do not sell the names entered into the spinner.
Retention and your choices
Local spinner data remains until you delete it, clear local storage or uninstall the app, subject to any device backup. Advertising providers apply their own retention practices. You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold, request access or deletion where applicable, or raise a concern. People in the UK may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. We may update this policy when the app changes; the effective date above will show the latest version.
